Last week, employees from XIANGLE TOOL went on a team-building trip to Xiamen and explored the famous Gulangyu Island. The trip was organized to strengthen team dynamics, build morale, and provide an opportunity for employees to bond outside of the office.
The group arrived in Xiamen at 3.15 and immediately headed to Gulangyu Island to explore its unique architecture. Known for its historical European-style buildings and scenic views, Gulangyu Island attracts millions of tourists every year. The XIANGLE TOOL team had the chance to visit several iconic landmarks, including the Piano Museum, the Shuzhuang Garden, and the Sunlight Rock.
During the visit, employees were divided into teams and given a task to identify and learn about different architectural styles that are represented on the island. This activity allowed team members to work together, learn from each other, and practice communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the group participated in a photo scavenger hunt, which encouraged creativity, teamwork, and exploration.
In the evening, the team enjoyed a dinner together and shared their experiences from the day. The trip provided a unique opportunity for employees to bond and create lasting memories outside of the workplace.
