A: Short side with/ ratchet = 1 FT. Long side = 14 FT.
Q: Can these tie downs be cut to any length under 15 ft if I plan to use the same length every time?
A: Sure, you could cut them down, I would recommend using heat (match or lighter, etc) on the cut end to keep the fibers from fraying.
