Question: Can these be cut and how do you seal the end when you cut it to the size I want.
Answer: We do not recommend cutting this item as it voids the warranty. However the webbing can be cut, and it just requires a lighter flame or hot element to seal the strap ends.

Answer: The cam buckle is made of zinc alloy, which is very strong and can hold the strap in place. The strap is made of polyester, which has better corrosion resistance.
